james_beard_dinnerThe James Beard Foundation's White Truffle Indulgence Dinner was on December 19th, and we supplied the seafood. They featured our Nantucket Bay Scallops and Wild King Salmon. They even gave us a nice mention on the menu. Click on the image on the left to see a full-size version of the menu. Mmm... That all sounds good... We'll have one of each.
