We Scrutinize

We look for only the best quality in fish that has just been caught or harvested. We line up everything with boats, auctions, diggers, growers, and shuckers. It all comes together just in time to put it in the truck and haul north. Think of it as a race to get the freshest fish to Vermont, all in the same day while taking a bit of inspiration from the early days of Nascar and its history in speedy delivery of white lightning moonshine. We go fast for the fish, especially when quality is on the line.

 

We Cut

We Portion

Sometimes having a jump on prep work is an invaluable asset. Staffing shortages and institutional needs demand efficiency while preventing shrink or loss from various yield ratios with breaking down whole fish. Save time and money with custom portioning options

 

We Share Shellfish

We are licensed, certified and permitted to deal with the finest local and specialty oysters, clams, mussels, and other live shellfish from around the world. Our business and livelihood was started with a HAACP certification and a steeped background in food safety and the shellfish regulatory process. It is simply impossible to get any fresher. Just check the date on the harvest tags and you’ll often see live product that came out of the water that very same day.

We Co-Pack

Whether its a largescale retail, wholesale private label project or simply some fresh and frozen wild fish portions for farmers markets and farm stores. We produce private label and co-pack label for a variety of fresh and frozen applications here in the food haven of the Green Mountain State.

We are a HACCP certified company licensed by the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries. We are inspected by the Food and Drug Administration and take great care and pride in food safety and quality assurance.

We specialize in rapid transit of fresh landings. With a temperature controlled fully refrigerated fleet of customized runner trucks to make quick deliveries as seamless as possible.
